Function getRepositories

The repositories GMLL uses for some of it's self hosted files. By default these are hosted on https://download.hanro50.net.za/

• maven => (setMavenRepo) The maven repo GMLL should pull Agenta and forgiac from
• forge => (setForgeRepo) The forge archive GMLL should redirect requests to https://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs towards
• armFix => (setArmfixRepo) The location serving the resources needed for the arm fix to function
